The website is in its prelaunch stage. Booking, video visits and the patient portal are not yet active.

Which area will the service cover?

The initial focus is Lahore, Pakistan. Exact eligibility and service coverage will be shown before appointments open.

Can I choose a clinician?

Provider profiles and available booking options will be published before launch.

Can family members use my account?

Family and guardian access is planned. Consent and eligibility requirements will be explained when registration opens.

Will medication be prescribed?

Any treatment or prescription decision belongs to the treating clinician after assessment. A prescription is not guaranteed.

What if I need in-person care?

The clinician may recommend an in-person assessment when an online visit is not suitable. This website currently provides no consultations.

Where can I send my medical reports?

Please wait for the patient portal. This prelaunch website does not provide a medical-report upload channel.
